1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Pack Game ("Pack Game", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your use of the packgame.net website and all services, products, and features offered through it.

By accessing packgame.net, creating a Pack Game account, or using any service on the platform — including but not limited to placing bets, playing games, making deposits, or claiming bonuses — you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms in full;

• Are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gaming;
• Accept these Terms unconditionally and agree to be bound by them.

2 Eligibility

• Single account: Each individual person may hold only one Pack Game account. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a different name, or using another person's identity — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Own name only: You must register and play under your own legal name and identity. Playing under a false identity or on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Not a Pack Game employee: Employees, directors, agents, contractors, or immediate family members of Pack Game staff are not eligible to open player accounts.

Pack Game reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration and Security

When registering a Pack Game account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Account security is your responsibility. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with anyone;
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential;
• Log out of your Pack Game account when using a shared or public device;
• Notify Pack Game immediately at support@packgame.net if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Pack Game will never contact you to ask for your password. Any message requesting your password is not from Pack Game and should be reported to us immediately.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your Pack Game account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — unless and until you have formally notified us of unauthorised access. Pack Game accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their account credentials.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All financial transactions on Pack Game are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions, no exchange rate adjustments, and no hidden fees on standard transactions.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit on Pack Game is Rs 500.
• Accepted deposit methods include: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.
• Deposits are credited to your Pack Game balance immediately upon confirmation from your payment provider.
• You may only deposit funds from accounts and payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits into your Pack Game account from a third party, is prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed and received within 60 seconds of request submission for standard amounts.
• Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to a few hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Pack Game reserves the right to perform identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large or unusual transactions. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering procedure.
• Winnings may only be withdrawn once any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting requirements will result in the bonus portion being removed from your balance.

Pack Game does not accept payments from third parties and reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where we have reason to believe funds originate from a source other than the registered account holder.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Offers

Pack Game offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free rounds, and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms stated in the individual promotion.

General bonus conditions:

• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes and are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any portion of a bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on Pack Game bonuses is 20x the bonus amount. This means a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
• Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion, per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Pack Game reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Modifications will not affect bonuses already claimed in good faith under the original terms.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on Pack Game — including slots, crash games, fishing games, virtual sports, Andar Bahar live dealer games, Ludo, and football betting — operate according to individual game rules which are available within each game interface.

Random Number Generators: Digital games on Pack Game use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. These RNGs are independently certified to produce genuinely random results that cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced by Pack Game or any player. Certification documentation is available on request.

Live dealer games: Andar Bahar and other live dealer games use real physical cards dealt by trained live dealers on camera. The dealing process is visible in real time. Pack Game does not have any mechanism to alter live dealer outcomes after a round begins.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Pack Game. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any pending withdrawals frozen pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using another person's payment credentials, or misrepresenting your eligibility in any way.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability
